Dr. Brown serves as President of Dr. Linda Brown Consulting, which is a firm known for achievement in leadership development, both training and educational consulting, executive coaching, human capital management, both private and public organizations, government agencies, and educational institutions. 

Dr. Brown services numerous individual and corporate clients utilizing tools such as: DiSC, ISD (Instructional System Development) and SWOT Analysis. She is also creator of the leadership model, “The Chair: How to Connect and Disconnect” which emphasizes a theory in living a more balanced and less stressed life using her 3i's (Internal, Intervention and Innovation) 3c's (Communication, Collaboration and Cooperation) approach to accomplish the motto that represents this consulting agency.

 Under Brown Leadership Consulting umbrella, Dr. Brown and her dynamic team have a reputation of a strong work ethic, exceeds expectations, both short- and long-term results are produced by using client’s “Real-Time" cases helps her maintain pivotal relationships as World Class Customer Service a top priority. Projects includes: Communication Training Model for NASA, establishing a private school with state accreditations for one of the largest churches in Atlanta, serving as a disaster relief educator for hurricane recovery in both Miami and Houston, Trainer-Affordable Care Act for caseworkers in the state of Maryland, and executive coaching for one-on-one clients and organizations. 

 Prior to Brown Leadership Consulting, Dr. Brown’s career span in higher education, as an Associate Vice President and Associate Vice Chancellor. In both private and public arenas, Dr. Brown is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) as a Professional Leadership, Executive and Life Coach, and Human Capital Trainer, an organization management leader, state and federal lobbyist, fundraiser and development executive, communications specialist, teacher, sports coach, and other administrative positions. 

 Dr. Brown received her PhD in Leadership from The University of Texas - Austin, Master’s in Education Administration from Prairie View A&M University, and Bachelors of Science in Education from Southern University.
