Our 3 Step Approaches:

• We conduct pre-investigative interviews to assist our clients with understanding their accomplishments and target areas of need
• We customize all roll-out training approaches with approval of leadership prior to implementation of services. Our case study exercises are “real time” cases. Our services are designed to address all components of needs resulting performance accelerations.
• We provide three (3) post on-site following-ups to evaluate implementation of services provided and make necessary adjustments.

We provide tools and experiences that are customized to meet the holistic needs of your organization using our customized 3i's: Internal, Intervention, Innovation and 3C's: Communications, Collaborations, Cooperation approaches. Dr. Brown also use the DiSC Profile Behavior tool to access patterns of behaviors, processing of information resulting in decision making processes.

DiSC Behavior is used as a behavior assessment tool to identify patterns of individual decision-making processes. Use of inquiry investigative methods are also used to help clients in order to ensure client comfort and help develop outstanding natural leadership skills. 

As part of our 3Cs model, collaborations and communications results in cooperation from your organization as a whole.  We assist our clients with current operation plans and help develop better functioning plans resulting in more effective and efficient operations.
